A live multisensory environment built with food artist Seraina Grupp. Plants, food, sound, scent, and slow movement compose a room that guests enter and remain inside for the duration of the work.

The piece treats taste as a sense capable of carrying narrative, and sets up an encounter between human time and plant time.
